Missions & Outreach at Bates Memorial UMC

Serving Our Neighbors with Love At Bates Memorial United Methodist Church, we believe faith is lived out through action. Following the example of Jesus, we are deeply committed to loving and serving our community in Snow Hill and beyond. Our outreach efforts reflect our calling to make disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world — one relationship, one act of service, and one partnership at a time.

Downtown Snow Hill & Main Street Vitality

We are proud to be actively involved in efforts to bring new life and vitality to Downtown Snow Hill. Through the Main Street Maryland program and local revitalization initiatives, we partner with town leaders, businesses, and other organizations to strengthen our historic downtown area. Whether through volunteer support, event participation, community gatherings, or behind-the-scenes work, Bates Memorial is invested in making Snow Hill a thriving, welcoming place for residents and visitors alike.
