Pastor Keagen Brown
Pastor Keagen Brown serves as the pastor of Bates Memorial and Trinity United Methodist Churches. He is passionate about helping people experience God’s grace in everyday life and believes the church should be a place of both deep faith and genuine welcome.
Before entering ministry, Pastor Keagen spent many years in executive leadership and brings that same heart for organization, growth, and care to his pastoral work. He loves connecting Scripture to real life—whether in Sunday worship, Bible study, or simple conversations over coffee.
Bates and Trinity are part of a collaborative parish with Community Church at Ocean Pines, where Pastor Keagen also serves as a member of the pastoral staff. He leads the Men’s Bible Study and the combined parish-wide youth group, helping foster connection and spiritual growth across the wider church community.
Outside the pulpit, you’ll often find him serving in the community, mentoring young people, or planning creative ways for the church to engage the world around it. Keagen and his family call the Eastern Shore home and cherish the rhythm of life near the water, where faith and community come beautifully together.
Administrative Assistant: Michelle Bevilacqua
Michelle Bevilacqua and her husband, Tony, have been active members of Bates Memorial United Methodist Church since moving to the Snow Hill area. Both of their children, Anthony and Stella, were baptized at Bates, and the Bevilacqua family remains deeply committed to fostering spiritual growth and community engagement in the broader Snow Hill area.
As the church’s administrative assistant, Michelle brings warmth, organization, and a caring spirit to everything she does—whether helping plan worship, coordinating communication, or supporting ministries behind the scenes. Her quiet faith and servant heart help keep the church running smoothly while reminding us all what it means to serve with joy.
